- On Saturday morning, officials of the London New Year’s Day Parade visited Wilmington to present an official invitation to the Chinese American Community Center’s Folk Dance Troupe to perform in the 2014 London New Year’s Day Parade. The event was held in Wilmington at the lavish home of CACC Folk Dance Troupe director Min Chang.
