Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson will decide by 11:30 a.m. EDT if he’s going to sign a “religious freedom” bill that was approved by legislators last night. The bill is similar to the one that Indiana Gov. Mike Pence signed this week that has caused a huge uproar and has created backlash from businesses including Walmart and the NCAA. On Monday, Hutchinson said, "If this bill reaches my desk in similar form as to what has been passed in 20 other states then I will sign it.”
