Attorney General Beau Biden’s Consumer Protection Unit will offer free consumer shredding events this fall from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 27 at Peninsula Crossing Shopping Center, Route 113, Millsboro; Oct. 4 at 800 Bay Road, Dover; and Oct. 11 at 400 Stanton-Christiana Road, Newark.
