Smyrna resident and Polytech High School sophomore Hannah Sturgis won Delaware’s "Poetry Out Loud" competition on Feb. 24 at the Smyrna Opera House.Sixteen Delaware high school students competed in the state finals of the 10th annual poetry recitation contest for the chance to represent Delaware at the national finals in Washington, D.C.
