Delaware State Police are searching for two suspects in a robbery at Wawa in Bear in the early morning hours of Thursday, Sept. 23.

The crime happened at about 1:35 a.m., at 1100 Pulaski Highway.

Two men entered the store and confronted a 21-year-old female employee. The first suspect demanded money from the victim and displayed a handgun that was hidden in his waistband under his sweatshirt.

The victim gave the first suspect an undisclosed amount of money from a cash register. Both suspects fled.

The victim was not injured.

The first suspect was described as a black male, 20-30 years old, 5’8” to 5’11” tall, about 170-190 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black boots. He was also armed with a black handgun.

The second suspect was described as a black male, 20-30 years old, 5’8”-5’11” tall, 150-180 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, light blue jeans, and black sneakers.
