State Police have arrested a Harrington man, identified as William J. Haddaway, after he was accused of forcing a young girl to perform sex acts.
Delaware State Police have arrested a Harrington man after he was accused of forcing a young girl to perform sexual acts.
William J. Haddaway, 45, of the 3500 block of Ingram Branch Road, was taken into custody Sept. 26, according to documents released by Justice of the Peace Court No. 7, Dover.
Haddaway was charged with 22 counts of first-degree rape where the victim was less than 16; three counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a child; 25 counts of sexual solicitation of a child under 16, 22 counts of first-degree unlawful sexual contact; three counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a child; and 25 counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
He was ordered held in default of a $462,500 secured bond.
