OBITUARY: Frances Marie Waters (Bailey), 73

Frances Marie Waters (Bailey), 73, passed away December 3, 2011, at her home in Smyrna, DE surrounded by her loving family. She was born on August 25, 1938, in Blackbird, DE to the late Charles Edward and Pearl E. (Lesage) Bailey. She was a devoted wife and mother. Frances worked 25 years at the copy center for the Capital School District.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her step-daughter, Rosalie Waters Davis, and a brother, Charles Preston Bailey.

Frances is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Robert Charles Waters, and their three children, Patricia Loescher and her husband Barry, James Waters and his wife Paula, and Lisa Davis and her husband George; two granddaughters, Leslie King and her husband Jason, and Kristina Davis; three great-grandchildren, Josephine, Madeleine, and Theodore; and a sister, Louise Johnson.

Services will be held Saturday, December 10, 2011, at 2 p.m., at the Daniels & Hutchison Funeral Home, 212 N. Broad Street, Middletown, DE. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Interment will be immediately following at the Townsend Cemetery.
