The 8th annual Arts Cotillion will be held on Saturday, Feb. 11 from 6 p.m. until midnight at the Opera House, 7 W. South St., Smyrna, featuring live music, dancing, hearty hors d'ouevres, an open bar, a silent auction and an exciting live auction.
Did you ever dream of making an acceptance speech on the night of the Oscars? Well, now’s your chance. For a $50 donation, any Smyrna Opera House Arts Cotillion guest may make a speech from the Opera House stage!
That’s just one of the special events at the 8th annual Arts Cotillion, “Hooray for Hollywood,” on Saturday, Feb. 11 from 6 p.m. until midnight at the Opera House, 7 W. South St.
Enthusiastic members of the Cotillion Committee have been busy planning this special fundraising event under the leadership of chairperson, Jaci Hugg.
The interior of the Smyrna Opera House will be beautifully decorated by Koehler Interiors Timeless Treasures in a Hollywood theme.
The black-tie optional evening will also feature incredible live music by The Glass Onion, hearty hors d’oeuvres by Becki’s Catering, an open bar, a silent auction and an exciting live auction.
Tickets are $90 per person for an unforgettable evening of fun and camaraderie. Support the Opera House – a non-profit entity – and make some great memories!
Also, raffle tickets for a vacation stay at Nags Head, N.C. are available by calling the Opera House box office or online. Chances are $25 and are limited to the first 200.
The annual Arts Cotillion is the Opera House’s major fundraising event of the year and helps support its diverse artistic programming. The 2012 event is partially sponsored by Bayhealth.
