  • Clayton Town Council reduces electric rates

  • Clayton Town Council unanimously approved a motion Monday night to decrease the PPCAC (Power Purchase Cost Adjustment Charge) portion of the town’s electric rate from 1.65 cents to .56 cents per kilowatt-hour used.
