  • Ewell's-St. Paul United Methodist Church, at 401 West St. and Clayton Avenue in Clayton, is hosting a free Easter egg hunt on Easter morning, April 8, at 10 a.m.
There will be different egg hunts for various age groups, as well as prizes for the winners. Cookies and punch will be available for all at the conclusion of the event.
"This Easter egg hunt is just one way of showing God's love to our community," said Pastor Kris. "The mission of our church is:  'Love God. Love People. Serve Others,' and blessing the community with this free family event is one way of accomplishing our mission."
Adults and children are welcome to join the congregation for Sunday worship either immediately prior to the hunt at 8:30 a.m. for the contemporary service, or immediately after the hunt at 11 a.m. for the traditional service. Child care is provided for those too young to attend the worship service.
