Smyrna Police issue sex offender advisory

The Smyrna Police Department has issued a Megan's Law community advisory for a man who has registered his address within the Town of Smyrna.

This is a community advisory and the man is not wanted.

David A. Brown, a tier 2 sex offender, is registered as living on Lexington Avenue. He is considered a moderate risk.

Brown, 34, also goes by the name David A. Woodstock. He was convicted in 2002 of rape fourth degree – sexual intercourse where victim is under 16.
