Owner and educator Dr. Chad Laurence is in private family practice at Corrective Chiropractic in Hockessin. After earning his doctorate from Life University of Chiropractic in Marietta, Ga., Dr. Laurence began practicing chiropractic in 2000. Before his chiropractic studies, Dr. Laurence received a BS degree in Microbiology from Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Laurence is one of only two doctors in Delaware who is certified in Chiropractic Biophysics, and is a Distinguished Fellow of the CBP technique. With a focus on chiropractic, structural spinal correction, nutrition, education, specific training, and massage therapy, Dr. Laurence is able to relieve symptoms for individuals suffering with physical problems, including neck and low back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, headaches, arthritis, and intestinal difficulties. His approach is also particularly successful at helping children with chronic ear infections, asthma, allergies, ADD/ADHD, bed-wetting issues, colic and immune system disorders. Dr. Laurence is an experienced presenter who has been invited to speak in a variety of venues. He has published articles in regional health publications and area newspapers. Though Jon Hamm, Claire Danes and many other outstanding performers were nominated for Golden Globes this year, everyone knows the true stars of the evening will be hosts Tina Fey and Amy Poehler. Fortunately, NBC's first promo for the upcoming ceremony is here to remind us.

Homeland and new shows lead Golden Globe nominations

Sparkling (literally) in golden gowns, the comediennes put on their best old Hollywood accents to express their excitement. "This will never get old!" Poehler exclaims, before immediately tiring of the schtick.

Golden Globe surprises and snubs: Smash tastes Success; Mad Men gets the cold shoulder

When the Golden Globe Awards air (Jan. 13 at 8/7c on NBC), Poehler and Fey will be pulling double duty as hosts and nominees. Fey is going for a three-peat win for her role as Liz Lemon on 30 Rock ,while her friend and co-host Poehler vies for the top honor after being nominated for her portrayal of Leslie Knope on Parks and Recreation.
