In exactly one month from today, the Smyrna Opera House will present its 9th Annual Arts Cotillion: Under the Tuscan Sun.
Since the theme of the fundraiser event is "Under the Tuscan Sun," the interior of the historic theater will be romantically decorated to make guests feel like they're in lovely Tuscany, Italy, said David Keller, executive director of the Smyrna Opera House.
It'll be a full evening of entertainment and fun with music by The Glass Onion, auctions — live and silent — and scrumptious food and drinks by Becky's Catering. But the Cotillion wouldn't be a ball without dancing, which there will be tons of.
In addition, there will be a raffle drawing for a one-week vacation this year at Jockey's Ridge Sound Side in Nags Head, N.C. The vacation includes three bedrooms: one king and two queen-size rooms. The drawing will take place at the Cotillion. However, you won't need to be present to win.
All proceeds from the Cotillion will benefit the Smyrna Opera House. Limited tickets are available, and are certain to sell out quickly, so purchase yours swiftly.
