  • A report of a fight Sunday night in Smyrna led to three drug arrests by Smyrna Police.
    Police responded Sunday at 11:15 p.m. to 134 N. DuPont Highway in reference to a report of a fight. Upon arrival, police found that three subjects drove to that location so that one of them could fight another subject. Police said the three subjects were placed under arrest, and police located suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle they arrived in.
    Sydni S. Raitto, 18, of Winners Circle in Magnolia, was charged with possession of marijuana, second degree conspiracy, possession of drug paraphernalia and offensive touching. Raitto was presented at Justice of the Peace Court No. 7 via videophone and released on a $2,000 unsecured bond.
    Zoey E. Williams, 19, of Woodlytown Road in Magnolia, and Zachariah J. Cassell, 23, of Jennifer Lane in Felton, were both charged with possession of marijuana, second degree conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were also presented at Justice of the Peace Court No. 7 via videophone and released on a $1,500 unsecured bond each.
