  • Smyrna Police release two Megan's Law notifications

  • The Smyrna Police Department has issued two Megan's Law community advisories for men who have registered their place of residency within the Town of Smyrna.
    This is a community advisory; neither man is wanted.
    Miguel Feliciano, a moderate risk tier 2 sex offender, registered his place of residency on Lawn Drive. Feliciano, 76, was convicted in 1991 of unlawful sexual contact. The victim's age at the time of offense was under 12 years old.
    James Fleetwood, a high risk tier 3 sex offender, registered his place of residency on North Main Street. Fleetwood, 30, was convicted twice in 1996. The crimes were unlawful sexual intercourse second degree without consent/injury and unlawful sexual intercourse first degree where victim is less than 16. The victim's age at the time of offense was between birth and 11.
