Three teens were arrested Tuesday night in connection with allegedly painting graffiti on local business in downtown Smyrna.
Smyrna Police responded Tuesday at 10:17 p.m. to the area of South and East streets in reference to someone painting graffiti on a building.
Police apprehended two juvenile males and one female ages 15 to 17 years old, police said. Police checked the area and found that ten businesses had been tagged with graffiti.
Police said two of the teens were charged with criminal trespass and conspiracy, and released to their parents pending a later court date.
Police said the third teen was charged with 12 counts of graffiti, one of which was a felony, third-degree conspiracy, 12 counts of possession of a graffiti implement, criminal mischief and 12 counts of third-degree criminal trespass. He was held on a $10,000 cash only bond.
