  • The Delaware Division of Public Health (DPH) has announced that the WIC program will continue to honor all existing vouchers, accept new clients, and issue new vouchers.

  • The Delaware Division of Public Health (DPH) has announced that the WIC program will continue to honor all existing vouchers, accept new clients, and issue new vouchers.
    The WIC program temporarily suspended the acceptance and issuance of vouchers dated on or after Oct. 1 due to the federal shutdown. The Delaware WIC programs serves 20,000 low income people in Delaware and provides: nutritious foods to supplement diets; information on healthy eating; breastfeeding support; referrals to other healthcare, welfare and social services.
