Smyrna Town Council will meet tonight at 7:30 p.m. at Smyrna Town Hall for their first council meeting of the month.

Town Hall is located at 27 S. Market St. Plaza.

There will be a legislative fact finding hearing at 7:15 p.m. in reference to an annexation and zoning designation for 49 Myrtle Street and two adjacent lots, Ronald I., Sr. & Joyce A. Fretz.

Resolution designating North New Street as one-way northbound from Smyrna-Clayton Boulevard to Mount Vernon Street

There will also be an executive session for the purposes of (a) preliminary discussions on a site acquisition for publicly funded capital improvements; and (b) holding a strategy session for collective bargaining where an open meeting would have an adverse effect on the bargaining position of the town.
