The Delaware Chapter of National Multiple Sclerosis Society has announced the start of the 2014 Read-a thon program.
The MS Read-a-thon is an educational fundraising program created by the National Sclerosis Society to encourage reading, promote community involvement, raise disability awareness and more. The Delaware Chapter is encouraging schools across the state to enroll. So far, 16 schools have already registered to participate.
This year, schools will be able to choose traditional incentives and prizes for students or, if fundraising is the school's top priority, it will be able to receive the additional percentage in order to help achieve their goals.
