  • Paul Cullen, the bass guitar player from the rock group Bad Company, is now creating sweet music for people's palates with his "Night in Italy" cooking demonstration and wine tasting events.
    The next event, sponsored by The Right Bottle, will be held at the Smyrna Opera House, 7 W. South St., on Saturday, Jan. 25 at 6 p.m.
    Cullen will be pairing four dishes from different regions of Italy with matching wines. Between courses, he'll play music so guests can enjoy both the tastes and the sounds of the Mediterranean.
