To celebrate the release of the sci-fi war game "Titanfall" for the Xbox One, Xbox gamers will have the opportunity to win prizes at the Microsoft retail store in Newark’s Christiana Mall on Monday, March 10.
Starting at 10 p.m. on March 10, fans in line will have the chance to win $1,000 in free prizes, and the first 50 people in line will receive a "Titanfall" t-shirt to show their Titan pride. The official game launch will take place at 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, March 11.
Before lining up on March 10, fans can visit the Microsoft store to pre-order "Titanfall." The Microsoft store is also offering an exclusive deal where you can receive a $10 Xbox digital gift card when you purchase the game in advance. Fanatics can also order the special edition Xbox One “Titanfall” bundle from the Microsoft store, which includes custom "Titanfall" packaging, game download and a free month of Xbox Live Gold.
The advanced combat techniques of "Titanfall" gives gamers the freedom to fight their way in the future as both an elite assault pilot and a fast, heavily armored Titan.
Crafted by one of the co-creators of "Call of Duty" and other key developers behind the "Call of Duty" franchise, "Titanfall" is among the most highly-anticipated games of 2014, having been shrouded in mystery for nearly three years. The visionaries at Respawn have drawn inspiration from their proven experience in first-person action gaming, and are building on that pedigree by taking a new approach to game design and creating an all-new universe with "Titanfall."
