  • The Delaware Department of Correction is searching for a Smyrna man who failed to return from an authorized pass issued by the Morris Community Corrections Center in Dover.
Brian Conley, 24, walked away from Morris Community Corrections Center on March 6. Conley is described as being 6’ tall, 160 pounds, with blue eyes, brown hair and a full beard. He also goes by the alias of Matthew Conley. He has a tattoo on his neck, another under his left eye, on his right shoulder and upper left arm.
Conley’s current offense is a violation of probation on an original charge of theft of a motor vehicle.
Community Corrections Centers are Level 4 facilities where the Department of Correction manages offenders who are transitioning back into the community. These centers are not secured like Level 5 prisons, as offenders are permitted to leave the facility to go to work, seek jobs or attend approved treatment sessions.
Anyone with information on Conley is asked to call (800) 542-9524 or their local police department.
