Free program will be held Tuesdays through April 8, but participants can attend one, more than one, or all of the sessions which are provided by the Cooperative Extension of the University of Delaware
Starting Tuesday, March 11 at 2 p.m., the Smyrna Public Library will host the "Food Skills and Nutrition Education Program," provided by the Cooperative Extension of the University of Delaware.
Sessions will continue each Tuesday at 2 p.m., through April 8. Attend one, more than one, or all the sessions.
Topics will include nutritional information and how to stretch your food dollars. Try new recipes and receive free food and gifts.
This program is free and open to all, but registration is required by calling 653-4579 or stopping at the library, 107 S. Main St.
