With the rise of local unemployment, New Castle County is also offering Re-wire to be Re-hired workshops to provide job seekers with resume writing, interviewing techniques, career planning, and Internet job search strategies in order to increase employability and competitiveness in today's job market. The workshops are being offered at several New Castle County Libraries.
