Celebration features a parade, model railroad display, food, vendors, games and a car show.

Clayton will celebrate its history at the Railroad Days Festival Saturday, Sept. 29, starting with a parade at 9 a.m. on Main Street.

The festival begins at 9:30 a.m. the Clayton Firehouse on Railroad Avenue, just north of Main Street, and will run until 2 p.m.

The event features fun for the whole family, with a model railroad display, food, games, vendors and a kids train ride.

New this year will be a car show at 11 a.m., with trophies awarded in several categories. Registration for car show is from 9:30-11 a.m.
