The Kaylyn Elaine Warren Foundation (KEWF) , a non-profit organization, is hosting the third annual Black Tie Gala on Saturday, March 13 at the Deerfield Golf and Tennis Club, Newark. All proceeds will benefit Kay's Kamp in Clayton for kids with cancer.
Kay's Kamp is the FIRST and ONLY oncology camp for kids with cancer in the state of Delaware. The camp is for any child diagnosed with cancer who is currently battling this disease or is a survivor.
Kay's Kamp is free for each child and features a wide variety of fun, games, and crafts at the St. Joseph's Center for Community Service in Clayton. This exciting camp gives these children a week of normalcy while being supervised by 24/7 pediatric oncology care.
The Black Tie Gala fundraiser is vital to the running and maintaining Kay's Kamp for 2010.
The theme for the gala is "A Red Carpet Affair," with a Hollywood look! There will be a live auction and a silent auction with an incredible array of items including Hollywood memorabilia, sports memorabilia as well as gift certificates, jewelry and much, much more.
