The Dover Public Library's Teen Advisory Council will meet at 4 p.m. on Feb. 9.
The council members will discuss the books, magazines, movies and programs they would like to see the library offer. This will also provide a chance for students to earn some volunteer hours.
The council will meet on the second Thursday of each month.
