Smyrna Power Equipment and Repair opens on Rt. 13

Joe Analore, the owner of the new Smyrna Power Equipment and Repair, worked for many years mowing, landscaping, and installing irrigation systems, and his experiences inspired him to open a business to help contractors as well as homeowners with yard maintenance machines.

“I know a lot of landscaping contractors and of course, a lot of customers, and I thought a service and repair business is something that’s needed in the area,” said Analore. “It’s something we wanted to get into, and we’ve got a great location on Route 13.”

Analore and his son, Joey Analore, opened Smyrna Power Equipment and Repair three months ago, with mechanic Calvin Liles.

The business specializes in repairs and maintenance services for lawn mowers, tractors, and small equipment including snow blowers.

Smyrna Power Equipment and Repair is certified for service on Briggs & Stratton, Kohler, Kawasaki, Cub Cadet, and MTD models. The business has a contract for regular warranty and extended warranty work for Lowe’s, and has a contract with the company that does the extended warranty work for Home Depot.

Pick up and delivery is available.

In addition to service, the business sells oil, oil filters, air filters, trimmer line, and parts for most major brands of lawn mowers and trimmers.

Analore also offers a new product, a water-resistant bag to cover the motor of trimmers.
“It’s especially good for commercial landscapers who carry their trimmers on their trailers,” he said.
