William and Wendy Masten of Smyrna are proud to announce the birth of their son, William Vane Masten III.
William was born at 5:39 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2008, at Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital. He weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces and measured 21 inches.
Grandparents are Sandy Lankford and Roy Lankford, both of Lincoln, and Vane and Mary Ellen Masten of Clayton.
