Delaware State Police are investigating burglaries that occurred in the Delmar area in November and are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a suspect, 26-year-old Amber Parsons. 

Parsons' last known address was in the unit block of East 2nd Street in Seaford. She is believed to be the suspect who committed burglaries on Line Church Road and Whaleys Road, east of Delmar. In each of the incidents, she broke into sheds to get gas to power a generator.

Police have obtained warrants charging Parsons with third-degree burglary, theft, attempted third-degree burglary, and two counts of attempted theft. In addition, the Dover Police Department has warrants charging her with conspiracy and shoplifting, and she has an active capias with Sussex County Family Court for failure to appear for a hearing on support arrears.

Parsons is described as a white female. She is five feet two inches tall and about 140 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes.
