More than 1,300 Special Olympics athletes and Unified Partners from school-based and area teams from around the state will showcase their skills at five Special Olympics Delaware bowling tournaments held in New Castle, Dover and Milford.

Events include competition in singles, doubles, unified doubles, bumper and ramp.

Dates are:

— Feb. 18, Brunswick Doverama,1600 S. Governors Ave., Dover: area state tournaments, 8:45 to 11 a.m., 12:30 to 2:45 p.m. and 4:30 to 6:45 p.m.

— Feb. 21, Milford Bowling Lanes, 809 Dupont Blvd.: Kent and Sussex County schools unified doubles tournament, 10:15 a.m. to 1 p.m.

— Feb. 23, New Castle Bowlerama, 301 New Castle Ave.: New Castle high schools singles tournament, 10:15 a.m. to 1 p.m.

— Feb. 28, Milford Bowling Lanes: Kent and Sussex County elementary and middle schools tournament, 10:15 a.m. to 1 p.m.

— Feb. 28, Brunswick Doverama: Kent and Sussex County high schools tournament, 10:15 a.m. to 1 p.m.

— March 2, New Castle Bowlerama: New Castle County elementary and middle schools tournament, 10:15 a.m. to 1 p.m.

— March 8, New Castle Bowlerama: New Castle County schools MATPs and high school unified, 10:15 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
