Crime occurred night of Thursday, Dec. 7

Delaware State Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the subject of surveillance photos taken during the robbery of a Milton gas station.

The incident occurred around 7:45 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 7, when a male armed with a handgun entered the Valero gas station at 25576 Deep Branch Road. The suspect approached the clerk at the counter and demanded cash from the register. The employee complied with the suspect's demands and, after obtaining an undisclosed amount of cash, the suspect fled the store in an unknown direction. The clerk was not injured.

The suspect (pictured) was described as a white male, about 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 8 inches tall with a thin build, and was wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, camouflage face mask, blue jeans and dark-colored sneakers.
