Search warrant executed at Little Creek apartment complex

The Laurel Police Department, with the assistance of the Delaware State Police and the
Seaford Police Department, recently executed a search warrant in the Little Creek apartment complex after an investigation revealed illegal drug sales. Police located 65 bags of heroin, drug paraphernalia and counterfeit drug substances and found that the drug sales were being conducted with a 1-year-old child in the residence.

Four people were arrested as a result of the search warrant. Allisha Hall, 28, of Laurel, was charged with maintaining a drug property, possession of a controlled substance (heroin), possession of a counterfeit controlled substance (crack cocaine), endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was later released on $7,000 unsecured bond.

Cameron Johnson, 29, of Delmar, was arrested for tampering with physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance (heroin), possession of a counterfeit controlled substance (crack cocaine), endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree criminal trespassing. He was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $6,001 secured bond.

Dominic Horsey, 29, of Laurel, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (heroin), possession of a counterfeit controlled substance (crack cocaine), endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree criminal trespassing. He was later released on a $4,500 unsecured bond.

Jermaine Harrell, 33, of Laurel, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (heroin), possession of a counterfeit controlled substance (crack cocaine), endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, loitering and third-degree criminal trespassing. He also had an active warrant issued out of the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas for failing to pay a shoplifting fine. Harrell was committed to Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $4,268.85 cash bond.
