William Wagner will be extradited to Delaware.

On Saturday, Jan. 13 at around 6:30 p.m., 25-year-old William Wagner, of Selbyville, was taken into custody by authorities in Maryland on theft-related charges.

Wagner has active warrants in Delaware for several burglaries that occurred in the Swann Keys development. These warrants will be executed upon extradition back to Delaware.

The Delaware State Police Criminal Investigation Unit is seeking the public's assistance in locating a suspect wanted in connection with multiple burglaries.

The suspect, 25-year-old William Wagner of Selbyville, is wanted in connection with several burglaries that occurred in the Swann Keys development between Nov. 6, 2017, and Jan. 6, 2018. Through investigative measures, detectives were able to link Wagner to the burglaries and have obtained warrants for his arrest. 

Wagner is believed to be in the Swann Keys area, however, he is also known to have ties to the Frankford area.
