No one challenged the mayor or councilman for re-election.

Camden Mayor Justin King was sworn in to his third term at the council’s March 5 meeting and incumbent councilman Terry Findley was sworn in for a new three-year term.

The election, normally held the last Saturday of February, was cancelled because there were no challengers for either of the seats.

“I consider myself the luckiest guy in the world to be able to serve the people of my hometown,” King said of starting a new two-year term.
