Darren Swiggett and Michael Collier, both 29, have prior drug arrest records

Officers with the Dover Police Department, working with agents of the Delaware Probation and Parole office, have arrested two men on drug-related charges.

Dover Police Department spokesman Master Cpl. Mark Hoffman identified the pair as Darren Swiggett and Michael Collier, both 29.

The parole officers were searching a residence in the Pine Grove apartment complex at 255 Webbs Lane when they found 22.8 grams of crack cocaine, 107 bags of heroin and nine grams of marijuana, Hoffman said.

Both men were taken into custody without incident, he added.

Collier and Swiggert are charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession with intent to deliver heroin and second-degree conspiracy 2nd degree.

They are being held at the Vaughn Correctional Center, Smyrna, in default of an $82,002 secured bond.

Both men have prior arrest records on drug charges: Collier and four others were taken into custody in October 2014 when Dover police seized almost eight grams of Fentanyl powder from a home on South Governors Avenue.

Swiggert was arrested in March 2016 when he was found in a Dover hotel room with more than 6,300 bags of heroin and more than $13,000 in cash.
