The Bucs improved to 1-2 with the home win Friday night and will travel to Seaford next week, while the Panthers fell to 1-2 and host Caesar Rodney Sept. 28.
Milford High School bounced back from an 0-2 start to the season with a dominating home win over Polytech Friday night, 37-0.
In a scoreless game late in the first quarter, the Buccaneers recovered a fumbled fair catch on a punt and then marched 42 yards for a touchdown.
The drive ended early in the second quarter when Tayone Matthews powered the ball into the end zone on a seven-yard run for Milford, and Jonathan Gaglione kicked the extra point.
The Bucs' next score came on a safety after Polytech's punt snap sailed past the punter who then kicked the ball away from the charging Milford defenders out of the back of the end zone.
When Milford's offense took over, Jabraih Lake ran 30 yards for a touchdown to give the Bucs a 16-0 lead with Gaglione's extra point.
Then Tyron Mifflin intercepted pass and returned it 34 yards for a touchdown as the Bucs extended their lead to 23-0 at halftime.
In the third quarter, Caleb Watson capped a Milford drive with a three-yard touchdown plunge, and Gaglione kicked the extra point for a 30-0 advantage.
Later in the quarter, Rodney Robinson ran six yards for Milford's final score and Gaglione added the extra point.
