The Court of Chancery announced the appointment of Selena E. Molina as a master in chancery.

The masters adjudicate cases assigned to them by the court and play an administrative role in ensuring that the court handles its caseload in a timely manner, particularly in the sensitive areas of trusts and estates and guardianships.

Molina comes to the Court of Chancery from her position as an associate attorney in the Litigation Department of Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr. She previously worked in the litigation department of Richards, Layton & Finger. Molina also served as a judicial law clerk to William C. Carpenter Jr., of the Delaware Superior Court, and a Wolcott Fellow to Randy J. Holland, of the Delaware Supreme Court.

Molina graduated magna cum laude from Widener University School of Law and earned her bachelor’s degree from Widener University, graduating summa cum laude.
