SMYRNA, Del. -

The Smyrna School District is offering a program on child and adolescent depression for parents and the community residents.

The Smyrna School District is working with John Hopkins Health System and the Mental Health Association in Delaware to offer parents and the community with more information about depression, how to identify it, and treatment options. It is an important issue for family members to be aware about and be able to detect warning signs.

The first of three presentations will be held Thursday October 9 at 7 p.m. in the Smyrna High auditorium. It is open to all community members. For further information, contact Mrs. Wicks at 653-8585.
