Two adults are facing drug charges after they were arrested at Blackbird State Forest near Townsend by officers from DNREC Fish and Wildlife police.According to Fish and Wildlife Natural Resources Police, the man and woman were at the popular park on Sunday when officers made the arrest. The man has been identified as Alan Cave, 53, of Hartly, and the woman as Ashley N. Hurd, 26, of Dover.
