Delaware State Police arrested four people in Sussex County Monday after an investigation led to the discovery of cocaine, prescription pills, and marijuana at a home in Milton.
Police arrested Stanley Peace, 51, of Milton; Ramona Castellani, 43, of Milton; Kristopher Patterson, 25, of Milton; and Christine Miller, 18, of Rehoboth in the case.
The State Police Sussex County Drug Unit used a warrant to search the home on East Circle Drive as part of an ongoing drug investigation. Troopers seized approximately 17 grams of marijuana, an undisclosed amount of prescription pills, approximately 7.2 grams of powdered cocaine, an undisclosed amount of cash, and various drug paraphernalia.
All suspects at the residence were taken into custody.
Police said Kristopher Patterson resisted Troopers when they attempted to place him in custody.
In addition to resisting arrest, Patterson was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle for keeping a controlled substance, second-degree conspiracy, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting arrest. Patterson was arraigned and committed to Sussex County Correction Institute in lieu of $8,000 secured bail.
Stanly Peace was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, delivery of a narcotic, maintaining a dwelling for keeping a controlled substance, and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Peace was arraigned and committed to Sussex County Correction Institute in lieu of $5,500 secured bail.
Ramona Castellani was charged with maintaining a dwelling for keeping a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Castellani was arraigned and committed to the Baylor Women’s Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,750 secured bail.
Christine Miller was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, second-degree conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Miller was arraigned and committed to the Baylor Women’s Correctional Facility in lieu of $6,500 secured bail.
