A 57-year-old woman from Rehoboth Beach was charged with felony DUI after her fourth DUI arrest on Wednesday, March 10 at about 1:52 a.m., in Lewes.

The arrest happened on Sweet Briar Road, one mile north of State Route 9, Lewes.

Pamela A. Reynolds was stopped for erratic driving by a State Trooper.

After talking with Reynolds, the Trooper suspected that Reynolds had been drinking alcohol. A DUI investigation ensued, and at the conclusion of the investigation, Reynolds was taken into custody without incident.

A routine computer check revealed Reynolds had three previous DUI convictions, making this arrest would be a felony fourth offense DUI.

Reynolds was arraigned and committed to Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $10,000 cash bail to await another court appearance.
