Bethany Anne Hofstetter, of Townsend, went to be with the angels on Tuesday July 29, 2008. She was 4 years of age.

She was the daughter of Terri E. Hofstetter and Stephan T. Grey Bull, both of Smyrna.

Bethany enjoyed taking dance lessons, playing soccer, and going to the beach. She also enjoyed watching Dora the Explorer and Winnie the Pooh.

She will forever be remembered as a beautiful, smart, and sweet little girl. Bethany was also a wonderful big sister.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Elise Grey Bull, and her great-grandmother, Arlene Walling.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother, Chayton Grey Bull of Smyrna; her maternal grandparents, Keith Hofstetter of Bear, and Denise Cartwright of Smyrna; her paternal grandparents, Judy Standing Crow, and Edgar Grey Bull, both of Lawton, Oklahoma; and a host of great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorial services were held Tuesday, August 5 at 11 a.m., at Connection Community Church, 100 W. Green Street, Middletown, where friends were asked to call at 9:30 a.m. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Matthews-Bryson Funeral Home, 123 W. Commerce Street, Smyrna, DE 19977 to help defray funeral expenses.
