Douglas L. Storck and Johna M. Storck sold a four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 77 Wicksfield Blvd. in Smyrna to Bussey Dana for $250,000 on Aug. 26.

The 3,044-square-foot house was built in 2006 in the Wicksfield subdivision.

Mr. Storck had served as a district manager at Wachovia Bank. Prior to this, he had worked as a financial specialist at Wachovia.

He earned a bachelor's degree in management science from Waynesburg College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 352 home sales in Smyrna during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $202,500.
