The Smyrna High School field hockey team ran its unbeaten streak to five games with a 3-0 victory at Appoquinimink Monday.

Jessica Bergold scored two goals in the first half to lead the Eagles, with assists from Julie Snow and Kristen Fuhr.

In the second half, Kayla Wilson scored with an assist from Cassidy Cook to extend Smyrna's lead to 3-0.

Katelynn Porter made four saves in the shutout -- Smyrna's third shutout in seven games so far this season.
