The Bulldogs opened the season 2-0 after defeating Seaford Friday night and Red Lion Sept. 7.

After not winning a game last season, the First State Military Academy football team hasn't lost in 2018.

The Bulldogs improved to 2-0 by defeating Seaford 21-14 Friday afternoon at the Kent County Parks and Recreation Kesselring Turf Field in Dover. Trayvon McCray scored three touchdowns and had a key interception in the red zone, while Enyle Ingram rushed for 143 yards to help lead First State Military Academy to the win.

FSMA opened the season with a 14-12 victory on the road at Red Lion Christian Academy Sept. 7.

The Bulldogs' football program in Clayton started in 2016 with a junior varsity team that went 2-5. In their first season as a varsity team in 2017, the Bulldogs were 0-9.

Now undefeated FSMA takes on Conrad Friday, Sept. 21 at the Kent County Parks and Recreation Kesselring Turf Field in Dover at 4 p.m.

Conrad started its season with a 22-20 win over Christiana Sept. 8 and then lost to Archmere Academy 49-0 Sept. 15.
