After winning in the first round on May 29, the Smyrna High softball team will now host another home game in the quarterfinals of the state tournament at 3:30 p.m. today, Tuesday, June 1.
The No. 3 seeded Eagles (16-3) will set to face a familiar opponent, No. 6 Archmere (18-1), who defeated the Eagles 1-0 in an extra inning game back on April 30.
The state semifinals and championship game are scheduled for June 3 and 5.
