The Biggs Museum in Dover hosted the inaugrual "Hair Affair" competition and fashion show Sunday, April 10.

Stylists from all over Delaware created Modern Day Life and Fantasy Couture designs that ranged from beautiful and wearable, to whimsical and outrageous.

The Upper Cut's stylist Andrea Vanbuskirk won in the Modern Day Life portion of the competition while the design created by stylist Natasha Latina of Salon Pasca in Wilmington won in the Fantasy Couture category.
