Line-up begins near Smyrna Elementary and St. Polycarp Church on Ransom Lane at South Street. The route goes from South Street to High Street to West Commerce Street to North Main Street, ending at Wright Municipal Park (formerly Smyrna Municipal Park).

Instead of red, white and blue, the members of the Smyrna-Clayton July 4th Foundation are painting the town green for the annual St. Patrick's Parade this Sunday in Smyrna. The event is sponsored by the July 4th Foundation, which raises funds for the annual Smyrna-Clayton Independence Day Parade and fireworks.

The St. Patrick's Parade Sunday, March 11 starts at 2 p.m., on Ransom Lane and South Street, near the Smyrna Elementary playground and St. Polycarp Church Ransom Lane, proceeding north on High Street, east on Commerce Street and north on Main Street to Wright Municipal Park (formerly Smyrna Municipal Park).

Line-up begins at 1 p.m. on Ransom Lane.

After the parade, prizes will be awarded at Sheridan’s Irish Pub on West Commerce Street at Market Street.
