Bayhealth will host a free, seven-week smoking cessation series in Smyrna beginning from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Feb. 28 at Smyrna-Clayton Medical Services, 315 N. Carter Road.
This educational series offers support to help quit the use of all tobacco products. In addition, it offers strategies to improve lifestyle through modifications in diet, stress, exercise and nicotine replacement therapy. Quit Day is on the fourth week of the series.
Class will meet from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays from March 7 through April 11.
Participants must be 18 years old and able to attend all the sessions. The program is free to all Delaware residents.
